My belief is that most people are doing the best they can in navigating their way through this world. Whatever our life experience, we have gained many strengths to help us in this task. At times we are confronted with difficult challenges which call on us to make use of our strengths to solve our problems. I am a therapist in private practice in Seattle, Washington. I operate a general practice in psychotherapy. I have 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist.  I have dealt with a broad spectrum of populations and concerns throughout my career. My current specialties include but are not limited to:   anxiety and depression, grief and loss, workplace concerns, transitions, communication issues, conflict resolution and anger management, parenting and family dynamics.
